    • Drive the Software Factory effort globally across a 650+ person business unit: agentic spec → plan → build → eval → review → ship workflows built to multiply true engineering throughput, not lines of code.
    • Unblock product, design, support and ops to contribute production code safely, with guardrails, templates and review paths designed for non-engineers.
